Refund Policy

Straightforward: the file is delivered instantly. If something goes wrong on our end, we'll fix it.

All Sales Final on Digital Downloads

Because the plans are delivered as a digital file the moment your payment clears, they cannot be "returned." For that reason, all sales are final on standard purchases.

Delivery-Failure Exception (7 Days)

If you do not receive the PDF, or the file you receive will not open, you are entitled to a full refund — or a re-send of the file, whichever you prefer. To claim this exception, contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase with:

  • The email address you used at checkout
  • The approximate date and time of the purchase
  • A short description of the problem (e.g. "no email arrived," "PDF won't open")

We respond within one business day and either re-deliver the file or issue a refund through the original Stripe transaction.

Chargebacks

Please email us before filing a chargeback with your bank. In nearly every case, a quick reply from us resolves the issue faster than a chargeback dispute would.
