1. The Agreement

By purchasing or downloading the Tote Storage Plans PDF (the "Plans") from this website, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't purchase the Plans.

2. What You're Buying

You're buying a one-time digital download of a PDF file containing a DIY build framework, cut-length charts, materials list, tool list, and step-by-step assembly instructions for a wooden 27-gallon tote storage rack — customizable to any width and height, with three included configurations. Price: USD $22.99.

3. License to Use the Plans

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Print and use the Plans to build one or more units for your own personal use
  • Modify the dimensions or finish to suit your space
  • Build units as gifts for friends and family

You are not granted permission to:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, post, or upload the PDF or its contents to any other website, file-sharing service, or third party
  • Use the Plans to produce units for commercial resale without prior written permission
  • Claim authorship of the design

4. Delivery

The Plans are delivered by email after a successful Stripe payment, typically within 60 seconds. The email contains both an attached PDF and a secure download link valid for 24 hours.

6. Build Safety — Your Responsibility

The Plans describe a woodworking project that uses power tools, lumber, hardware, and fasteners. You are responsible for working safely, using appropriate protective equipment, and complying with any local building codes that may apply. We make no warranty regarding the structural performance of any unit you build — your workmanship, your tools, your materials, and your installation determine the result.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Plans are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Tote Storage Plans, Elite Storage Systems, or their owners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of the Plans or any unit built from them. Total liability is limited to the price you paid for the Plans.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or the Plans after a revision means you accept the revised Terms.
